Refund Policy - The basics

CLIENT-INITIATED CANCELLATION:
• Before 20 weeks: Deposit may be refunded minus $150 administrative fee
• After 20 weeks: Deposit is non-refundable
• After full payment: 50% refund if cancelled before 36 weeks; no refund after 36 weeks

PROVIDER-INITIATED CANCELLATION:
• In the rare event we must cancel services, you will receive a full refund
• We will make every effort to provide a backup doula referral

PREGNANCY LOSS OR MEDICAL CHANGES:
• If pregnancy ends before services are provided, unused portions will be refunded
• Loss support services may be provided at no additional cost
• We approach these situations with compassion and flexibility
